adeco Türfüllungstechnik GmbH purchased the 6,621 m² adjoining property

including the 3,872 m² production, warehouse and office space. What began in the spring of this year with an enquiry about leasing warehouse space for the 2014 fall season, quickly developed into concrete talks about purchasing the neighbouring site. On 10.7.2014 our Managing Director, Christian Reckendrees, signed the notarised purchase agreement.

adeco Türfüllungstechnik GmbH will use the newly acquired areas to optimise its processes. This refers in particular to:

- The work flow in the finished parts warehouse and the associated transportation logistics
- The production of the insulating foam core
- Expansion of the spacing between the individual workstations
- Storage of the finished and sample parts from the currently leased premises which are farther away
- Division of the office space

Working together with an architecture firm, adeco Türfüllungstechnik GmbH will spend the next few months developing a 3-year plan for optimally merging the halls and administration areas in several phases with these objectives in mind.
